All the chocolate we create is produced from "bean to bar", no remelted couverture, the cocoa beans are carefully roasted, stone ground in small batches, and then conched (mixed and heated) for two days to develop the unique flavour of the beans, to finally produce this smooth, delicious chocolate for you.
This bar is rich in cocoa flavours with the subtle creaminess of the oats softening rather than over powering the naturally grown cocoa beans.
